The delivery and accuracy of the delivery was correct and efficient.
The problem wiith the order was the cups/mugs received were cracked. 3 out of 10 were not usable so I could not hand them out to everyone at the small event.

I was very disappointed to see the actual size of the magnets I ordered. The picture is definitely deceiving. Extremely disappointed
Unfortunately I only received 2 of the 3 Rudolph Noses I ordered and only 1 of those 2 were fully functioning. The other was completely broken ????

I received my order quickly. My only concern is that the last name was McDonald (ex) and you didn't raise the "c". Everyone knows to raise the "c" on these types of surnames, so now it looks like MaDonald's due to the font.
